Bastar Tree of Life Shelf

The result of heat, hammering and the hand, Gond artisans of Bastar, Chhattisgarh make the wrought iron ‘lauh-shilp’ Tree of Life sculpture. Standing upright the provocative curls of each branch invite the placement of precious ornaments, be they jewellery, decorations or paper messages. Alternatively the piece can be hung upside down creating a shelf inviting keys and other critical items to rest in the roots under the shelf. The Tree of Life is available in three sizes S, M, and L.
